A New Chapter in Scientific Innovation

 

In March 2023, PerkinElmer entered an exciting phase of growth and transformation following the divestiture of its Applied, Food, and Enterprise Services businesses to New Mountain Capital. This strategic move allows PerkinElmer to focus exclusively on advancing breakthroughs in life sciences and diagnostics, helping scientists, researchers, and clinicians tackle global health challenges.

Dirk Bontridder 

CEO

Dirk joined PerkinElmer as the Chief Executive Officer in March 2023 bringing 25 years of global management experience, including executive leadership roles at Eurofins and Reynaers Group. He holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School.

Sloane Googin

CFO

Sloane is the CFO of PerkinElmer since September 2023 bringing over 20 years of finance experience, previously at Axion, Dynata, and GE. He holds a degree from the University of Connecticut and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Steve Bell

SVP, Analytical Solutions & Customer Enablement

Steve joined PerkinElmer as SVP Analytical Solutions & Customer Enablement in 2024, bringing 20 years of global leadership experience from various Danaher Group companies. He holds an MBA from IMD International in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Gary Grecsek

SVP, OneSource

Gary has been with PerkinElmer since 2000, advancing through leadership roles to become Chief Services Officer in March 2023. He holds a BS in Materials Engineering from Drexel and an MBA from University of Tennessee.

Damien joined PerkinElmer as SVP for Food Solutions in August 2023. He brings 20 years of experience in various industries; previously served as a VP in Pharma testing at Eurofins and holds two Master of Science degrees from Telecom Paris and Stanford University.

Annemarie Watson

CEO, Covaris

Annemarie is CEO of Covaris since August 2022, acquired by PerkinElmer in December 2023. With +25 years international experience, she previously held leadership positions in various technology-intensive industries, including Eurofins and Crane Currency. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dominic Gostick 

CTO

Dominic joined PerkinElmer as CTO, leading R&D in August 2023, bringing 20+ years experience in analytical technologies. He spent nearly 20 years at SCIEX, a Danaher Company, in various global leadership roles. He holds a BSc in Biotechnology from Cardiff University and a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Sheffield.

Alexandre P. Mery

CHRO

AP joined PerkinElmer as CHRO in October 2024. Previously he played a key role in GE’s recent reorganization and served as CHRO of GE's Grid Solutions, with earlier roles held at Valeo and Alstom. He holds a Master's in HR from CIFFOP.

Scott joined PerkinElmer in 2023 as Chief Procurement Officer, bringing over 25 years of global procurement and supply chain leadership experience, including at Solvay, Cytec, and GM. He holds an MBA from Oakland University.

Brian joined PerkinElmer as VP of Global Operations in February 2024, with 30+ years of experience. He was COO at CHONEX and VP at CMC Materials. Brian holds an MBA from DePaul University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Andreas joined PerkinElmer as CIO in July 2023, bringing over 20+ years of leadership experience, previously at Accenture Austria, CIO of REWE Group, and CIO of Eurofins. He holds a PhD in Technical Sciences from Vienna University of Technology.

Alexey is Chief of Staff at PerkinElmer, leading the Value Creation Office, after advising New Mountain Capital on the carve-out. He previously held senior roles McKinsey, BNP Paribas, and BCG. He holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
