Managing Particle Impurities in Semiconductor and Electronics Chemicals

Introduction

This workshop focuses on the critical need for semiconductor and electronics manufacturers to manage particle impurities in the chemicals and raw materials utilized. We will also discuss single particle ICP-MS monitoring of particulate matter down to PPQ levels and utilizing liquid measurements to monitor raw materials and slurries for particle size and number.
