Introduction
This application note presents an LC-UV workflow for the quantification of chlorogenic acid in children's throat-reliever granules, a traditional Chinese medicine. The analysis was conducted using a PerkinElmer LC 300 UHPLC system with a C18 column. The method meets the quality control requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, demonstrating high accuracy, repeatability, and linearity, essential for ensuring the safety and efficacy of the medicine.
