Introduction
This application note presents a sensitive LC/MS/MS method for detecting aflatoxins in Coix seed, a traditional Chinese medicine. The analysis, conducted on a PerkinElmer LC 300 system, meets the stringent sensitivity and accuracy requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. This method ensures the safety and quality of Coix seed by accurately quantifying harmful aflatoxins.
